How secure is my personal information?

Migocha.com uses industry standard privacy protection; we don't sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information. What's more, all sensitive personal information is kept securely offline at our privately run datacenter.

My order has been sent, why don't I see the tracking info?

Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the USPS tracking system or our own tracking system. You might want to let your customers know in your shipping emails, so that it minimises the confusion for them.


What quality can I expect from my printed T-shirt?

We only use clothing made from trusted brands such as Gildan, Bella and American Apparel, guaranteeing the highest quality in terms of durablity and washibilty. For a complete list of products you can choose from, visit our Apparel page 

You won't be wearing a thick heavy vinyl-coated t-shirt that will have you panting like a dog on a hot summer day! All our garments have been tested for the best printing results. Migocha custom t-shirts are perfect for any occasion, be it for events, resell, fashion or great gifts!


Do you ship in all countries?

We ship to most countries - ask us about your country.


When will I receive my items?

All items are made to order and are shipped in around 14 business days. Except for Jewelry since most of them are handmade and can take between 45-60 days to be delivered

My Boots and/or Bags haven't been shipped yet, why?

Boots & Bags are customized and printed one at a time, it takes us 1-3 days to process the order then 7-14 days to ship.


Why does it takes so long to get my order?

There are few reasons why your order may take much more time than usual. If you've ordered one of our Signature Jewelry usually it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get them as stated in the product description. The reason is these high end piece of fine jewelry are handmade. 

If it is one of our regular items that is not made in USA or Canada, it might take sometime if we don't have them in our local warehouse and if we need an extra 7 days to bring them from abroad.

Why some items are free and on the checkout I still have to pay?

We offer "FREE" of charge on selected products. These products must be cleared from our warehouse. Most of them are in limited quantities. You will have to pay for shipping (can vary from 3.95$ to 5.00$ depending on the item weight and size) and for the handling part (can vary from 2.00$ to 4.00$). Since these are clearance items, they take some space in our warehouse and we pay people to handle them, same for shipping.  



We offer a 2 year warranty on all our jewelry against manufacturing defects and workmanship. The warranty becomes void if the product has been subjected to misuse or has been altered by anyone other than an authorized Migocha representative.

Jewelry tarnishing is not subject to the 2 years warranty since most of them oxidize with time.

Our dedicated Quality Assurance Team inspects every item before shipment to ensure that you receive a high quality piece. In the rare event that your item has a defect, please contact a customer service representative at customersesrvices@migocha.com, and we'd be happy to assist you in getting your item repaired. Please include your order number and contact information in your communications with us.

Migocha reserves the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond "normal wear", as deemed by our jewelry professionals.

Migocha will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.


Please contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time. Keep in mind that delivery times on international orders may take slightly longer.
